| The way to go about this is to ask... does the TV set work in wide screen without[/b] the set top box?
These sets are notorious for dry joints (bad soldered connections) in the line out put stage area - not saying this is the cause of your problem. There is usually a setting in the menu on set top boxes and TVs and you need to ensure this is set correctly. Dave |

can anyone try and help me please ive put a virgin box on my tele and all it does is play in wide screen . i have no remote and tried alsorts t get the picture smaller ive been through both tv + box settings and its still stuck in widescreen please help |
