you can firs time chek the RGB then you tes the transistor and resistor |

this usually is a problem with the CRT on the picture tube..
try checking the CRT.. |

Try to first resolder the picture tube socket . Review all the picture tube board for bad solders. If necessary, carefully remove the shilding
