Hello,
When I start the PC I can see the fan, from the CPU, going in to full speed and then the PC shutdowns after a few minutes. I do know the problem is on this board because after substituting it, the problem disappears.
I have checked with an ESR Meter all e-caps and they are good. Should I re-check them off board? Can anyone advise me in other components that I should test?
Thanks in advance,
