| Hi folks the CD table just rocks back and forth constantly.
Any Ideas on why? |

| Hi,
the 450 I have tries to load an empty disc. it goes from slot 1,3,5,7,9 if a disc is in slot 1 all is fine. plays good and programming is ok. any ideas? thanks DataCom |

| Hi. Does it ALWAYS start to skip at same location? (ie. play the same CD, observe if the skipping happens at the same (or about the same) elapsed time)
If so, I suspect dirty or gummed up mechanism for the optical pickup. Try cleaning the gears/ sliding tracks... Good luck!  |

| I have a Sony CDP-CX450 and after about 15 mins of playing a cd it will start to skip. You can watch the display and it will be jumping from the currently playing track to the previous track played. Is this a common problem with this unit? Any ideas on what could cause this? Thanks for any help | |
