Thanks, I have tried all the obvious things. I have asked an expert and he has looked at it and thinks he can sort it but needs the manual pages for the processor and has not been able to find them on the net. If I can get them, he will probably fix it. He is good. Many thanks David |

| Hi,
I really need a service manual for the above television. In particular the circuit diagrams etc for the processing panel. The sound will not increase with the remote, which appears to be the only way of doing it, so I cannot hear programs. Otherwise it is brilliant. Your help would be much appreciated to save a great set. Thanks David |
