Fuses checked ok. Part number on flyback in my hiatchi is BW03171 not BW03311 that Minnie posted. Does it matter? If so, which one is correct part for tv? What should I check to find out why picture wont come on? Is flyback causing this? Also what do I check for green led that wont light up now? I dont know alot about circuit boards and electronics but I learn quickly if someone could guide me on how to troubleshoot this tv. I have multimeter, componets tester and some other tools just not the knowledge. If your willing to handle alot of questions from a newbie, I would greatly appreciate your help with this. Thanks in advance for information so far and info yet to come.

Google part number.
Check with multimeter for continuity, after all, a fuse is really just a piece of wire. |

| Thanks...is there another website for part? I tested green led with multimeter and when I did the led lit up...is it still bad? Also have question about fuses...all 4 fuses have what looks like a ball of solder in the middle of filament. I have never seen fuses like this. Are they blown? Thanks again for info. Hi, I have a Hitachi 51f510 dp43 chassis. This RPTV was given to me with convergence out of whack. The tv has power but has no picture. Only one of the 2 green led's is lit up, the red,green and blue lamps are not projecting color and has a humming noise coming from the high voltage (the black thing with leads going to each lamp) or at least thats where I think the sound is coming from. If someone could help me with this I would appreciate very much. Thanks in advance.
