I'd check the power supply and inverter board for bulged caps.

My ilo lct32ha36 will come on after i unplug it over an over again while holding the power buttion, it willl flash green an go off so i unplug it an plug it in,after a while of doing this the green like stays on for a couple of secs an the speakers pop,so i unplug it an re plug it an the green light stays on an after about 15-20 mins it comes on.Why doesnt it jus come right on?is it my power supply or my inverter??? help ple
