I already have the manual,
That's where I found out what the voltages are supposed to be.

Hello,
I am working with a Sony TV Model KV-FV300 (BA6 chassis). When I press the the power button RY600 will engage for about 10 seconds (no high voltage) then disengage and start flashing 4 times. I tried replacing the vertical chip with no success. I started checking voltages and discovered that there is no voltage at any of the pins of the flyback including B+. Found that the 135V B+ was dead all the way though and including the secondaries at T603 in the power supply. I also checked the voltage at the pins of power supply IC600 (MCZ3001D). Voltage was present but the readings were low. For example the service manual shows that there should be 150 volts or more at several of the pins but I'm only getting between 130 and 135.

Any Help appreciated
Thanks
