NO ! These Hard drives are specific custom/firmware developed, so no user serviceable parts. Furthermore, when not firmware specific (unlikely) then they are ATA Passworded/Locked to Main Board specific Hardware commands. And more, to unlock these proper tools and Highly specialized KNOWLEDGE are required. (impossible for the "Common User") You can Try to Image the entire disk and work on it, Obviously if the drive is recongnizeable by a MB from a PC if not see above here why not. |

| i have 5 nos 500gb wd (western Digital)hardisk, Is there a way that I can modify these or some software so that i can play movies directly to TV, pls advice | |
