The pins on a Frankfurt with Ge-transistors are: 1)audio from the tuner. 2)goes to volume pot 3)signal earth(do not connect to neg on battery!) 4)+12volt 5)chassis 6)Uratio for test for the radio to work in normal use there is a outer shorting plug needed that connects pin 1 and 2. |

I am also trying to connect a late Frankfurt (transistorised) to an ipod The radio has a 6 pin din in the back. I managed to buy a 6 pin plug from ebay in USA for £1- I have also bought a 5 pin plug and lead with an ipod 3.5mm plug on the end. I want to change the 5 pin plug for the 6 pin one but don't know which wires go where. Also will it work? |

Specialists, Does anyone know the input schematics for a external casseteplayer. This is for a 1960 Blaupunkt. Input signal is coming from a 6-p Din connector. I am trying to use the output of a mp3 player towards the input of the old cassetteplayer. Thanks in advance, Peter Assendelft |
