Download and install BlueScreenView from http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

Could prove useful in troubleshooting the problem.

I am facing the same issue with my Toshiba Satellite M40X and identified the on board memory but I had no idea how to disable the on board memory, Please reply if someone has the solution.

When I try to boot this laptop, I get a Blue Screen of Death. Is this an indication that the hard drive may be bad?

I've tried to boot with a Windows cd to do a fresh install, but that results the same way.

Anyone have any insight into this problem?
