| Due to the fact that many customers only supply their s/n, when loggin a service call, it sometimes is difficult to find a correct H.P productnumber to verify warranty or find spareparts.
Does anyone have a way to find the corresponding H.P productcode when only a 10 digit s/n is supplied, without having to call a H.P Service line for help? Thanks, Mark |
