 we got the same problem tried to play a dvd and it gave the same error message...but other discs will play only 2 did not work but it played one of them one time before...we went out of dvd and went to tv and changed the channel but back on the dvd wouldnt play or those 2 wouldn't...if you find out what the problem is or have a manual or nething or recomendations that would help please send an email to - cylebowen@yahoo.com -  thanks wcb  |

| Hello everyone I am new to this forum.
we bought a NAXA TV/DVD combo, everything has been working fine ... till tonight and now when we try to play a DVD a message comes up "wrong region" Because we bought this used we don't have the instruction book to find out what it is talking about. Please help. Thanks  |
