you can switch Capacitor in series of adapter, there are 3 Capacitor which must be replaced, 10V 1000uf .. you can replace it with 16V Capacitor value 1000, if you doubt my e_mail [email protected]

I have HP 1702 monitor which works perfectly some time, i have observed that when i disconnect and connect again it gets power and works only after 5 PM continuously. early morning i can see there is amber light on monitor but when I switch the CPU power goes off and never comes back till 5 PM i disconnect everything and connect again. is there any timing setting done and some thing wrong with timers?
