| Check zl251 zl221 fuses by the flyback. See if there open. |

| no everything looked fine and i replaced the whole left board but then the green light would blink like nine times when i tryed to turn the tv on. |

| rca d52w19 wont turn on green light flashes once and goes out.we just had this tv fixed 2 years ago when the power light would flash 3 times and go out. the repair man replaced 3 circuits or something but now it just flashes once and goes out. any ideas of what it is and could i fix it myself. thanks |
