| i found problem.i replaced C827: 4700uf/16V .
this cpacitor was not short-cicuit but it was leaked. |

| I replaced D800,D806,optocopler: IC 801,C623 :33mf/160v,C826: 47mf/160v,c822,c856,c812 but TV is in standby stat still.
when I conect R118 to ground TV turn on and power led stay green. also voltage of Drain pin of Mosfet Q801 is unstable (27v...110v). Voltage of D808(Katod pin) is 11.5v. |

| Another thing to check on 12V line is:
D810 (UF5402) in the PSU might be short-circuit. |

| Does the LED stay solid red when you attempt to turn it on, or does it start flickering?
Try: Check D800 - BA159 for short circuit Replace D806 (it may read ok) |

| i have vestel tv chasis 11ak30 ,it has processor st92195c3b1,and stv2246h .The problem is Standby state.power led is red .Bu808 is ok ,6n80 power suply mosfet is ok.i replaced st92195 .when i open pin 47 of syscon IC TV turn on what are other possibilties.... any one to guide me .thanks in advance. | |
