| There is no set standards on numbering on SMD transistors. While there are several databases available, there is no guarantee that it may be the same transistor you are looking for? For example there is a "625" on zetex/diodes inc--one of several manufacturer's of SMD's but is this it?
http://www.diodes.com/datasheets/FMMT625.pdf Your best bet is to try finding it in the original schematic diagram or else trying to guesstimate a substitute based on your circuit configuration. |
