| tried all possible combos - A/V, composite, VGA from laptop, HDMI
tried in another room and the pattern is the same something with the TV itself |

| That is quite odd.
Does this just happen with cable, is it fine with a HDMI signal? The time length of pattern seems like it would come from outside interference. You could even try taking the TV to a different room or to a fiends place to try out (this way you eliminate interference as the problem). |

| Hi,
My Vizio VL260M TV developed a problem I'm trying to troubleshoot Basically there is noise in the video signal that has a pretty regular pattern to it First of all it happens on regular intervals - screen is OK for 2-3 sec and then it is noisy for 2-3 sec. Also it's just the bottom half of the screen that is distorted Any pointers or help would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance gelos |
