| Check the supply from the power pack to the main board maybe it is fluntuating.if not there is an i.c. on the main board that is blocking the voltage. |

| What if it is a LCD or plasma? I can't tell. My crystal ball headed south for winter. |

| The most probably cause is the horizontal transistor.it is a three legged component that carries voltage to the line transformer before the line boost. |
