I have to repaire a TV, however the client has lost the remote control.

I would be grateful if you could please advise whether without the remote control can I have access to the Service Mode Adjustments for the setting of the TV.

Actually in the TV, the bottom of the image does not fit in the screen for example if there is translation in a film we are not able to see it.

I would also be grateful if you could please tell me where I can find the different remote control service code.
