I have an RCA 46" Rear Projection TV that has worked fine for years up until about a week or so ago. The TV will work fine but after approximately 20-30 minutes of continuous use the screen starts having intermittent lines of distortion around the top, middle and bottom of the screen. The distortion starts out as a couple of lines and increases over a time period of 10-15 seconds. The TV finally cuts off and you cannot turn it back on again until five or six minutes pass. Once you turn it back on the TV works fine for another 20-30 minutes and the cycle repeats. Any ideas what maybe causing this problem? I'd really like to replace the defective part rather than forking out the money for another brand new rear projection TV.
