I think most repair shops nowadays use to scrap A10 sets where the painter chip seems to be faulty.

Could someone tell if I am on the right track. I have before me a 28PW6305/05 which is suffering with total R/C failure. I have been told that the Painter Chip is at fault, but have never come across this fault before. Anyone help your input would be very helpful
