I think most repair shops nowadays use to scrap A10 sets where the painter chip seems to be faulty. |

i have had at least 4 a10 philips where the painter chip was the cause of remote control failure, sometimes after 10 mins sometimes from switch on. |

Could someone tell if I am on the right track. I have before me a 28PW6305/05 which is suffering with total R/C failure. I have been told that the Painter Chip is at fault, but have never come across this fault before. Anyone help your input would be very helpful |
