Sin No More!!!!

Order Part # 25570 From CDW Direct Tel # 732 982-0435 for $5:88 Each.

The Fan is made by Startech whose part Description is STP-FAN5X1TX3.
It comes with a 3-pin plug, and an adapter cable which is provided for connecting to a computer power supply.

Replace the 4-pin computer supply end of the adapter cable with the 2-pin connector from your delinquent fan, some soldering required Observe polarity, Red to Red, Black to Black, and SIN NO MORE.

You just got saved from a $70:00 expense.
An questions? Email me at [email protected] and do a youtube search for me and say something about my behavior.

P.S I do not work for CDW. Linda was my salesperson.

Update 4/8/2014 CDW part number: 255750,
StarTech part number FAN5X1TX3.
(Incidentally, 5X1 is 50 mm x 10 mm,
TX3 is a 3-pin connector.)

If you don't want to go with Yamaha's AX part numbers, those fans are the "supersilent type" made by Panasonic. You may be able to find the originals or look for the closest alternate available from other suppliers--may have to reuse mount/cage etc.
Original part numbers are 5010L12S and 4010L12S. First 2 digits denoting the size in mm and the Lxxs the working voltage. Here is an example page with specs to compare;

I doubt that AAX62020 is only # appearing on the fan (if even that is shown).

Any of the fuses listed in SM will do?

Hard to search with NO identifying information.
