| Try replacing the main(large capacitor} in the power supply,irs either that or a transformer. |

Ya wanna schematic uh..... Dy'a not think more information would help, just a little, what that info is I ain't saying!
If a TV set is blowing fuses you really don't want be asking for a schematic. Have you tried using a test meter?
