In the good old days, the back of the TV set had only one socket on it - for the TV aerial - and SCART sockets (and all the other alternatives) didn't exist. Since then, things have changed a bit, and new digital ready TVs have lots of sockets on the back of the set, with a heavyweight user guide to explain things. Some of these details can be rather daunting, and alternative connection diagrams may only available via the manufacturer's web pages. ______________________ |
