We have a Panasonic AJ-D450 VTR. First, playback and record was bad and we used a head cleaning tape, but test records were still bad and playback of recorded video was bad. Now, I'm trying to use the cleaning tape again, but when I press play I receive the error code E-52. Panasonic wants to charge a princely fee for accessing their technical library. Can someone knowledgeable about DVCPRO tell me what this error code means? Thank you.
