| Do you have a remote and does the volume work on it? If yes, it may be the rotary encoder itself? If it is apart, can you measure the pulses with an ohm meter with the unit unpowered? | |

I have problem with Clarion DB338 , rotating volume knob doesnt work at all. This Rotating volume is controled from MCU , is it possible that is mcu damaged, unit is 1 year old. Does somebody have similar problem with this unit ? Please help Daniel |
