Picture folds down onto itself at top 3 inches
creating horizontal lins in this area.
opend tv and found no adjustments available on pcb's at all.
is there some software areas i can acsess to do service.
Any service manuals or schematics available?
Help!

If you can figure out which IC is your vertical output IC, eg. IC 301, then replace all the electrolytic caps near it with the same # series, eg, C301, C302, C310, etc.
There should be about 4 or 5 of them, small ones, probably from 1 - 47 mfd, and 50vdc or less.

It may be a capacitor in the sync circuits.
