| turn set on. when screen comes on hold vol down button on the tv until vol bar is at zero. continue to hold vol down and then on tv remote hit 0 0 0 0 and svc menu should come up. then press "go back" on remote and it will kill vertical sweep to a line. adjust screen control until line is just visible. hit tv button on remote or turn set of and back on to get out of svc menu. should stay on now. | |

| Hello,
I'm working with a 27 in RCA using a ATC010A chassis. The unit shuts down after about 5 seconds the screen appears. I adjusted the screen control on the flyback and it stays on. Is this the way its supposed to be? I cant say I've seen one this sensitive. Or is the flyback simply on its way to total failure? I've went through the Xray protect circuit itself and all seems to check ok. Thanks, |
