Hello again,

Thanks jts1957 for the info, you're right. UC3842 was fault and "kneeled" the voltage. Also replaced polyester cap 1nF/1600V (C669).

The TV set was repaired!

Thank you.

Have IC630 and surrounding components been checked?

Hello,
First, sorry for my English if i'll do mistakes from now on...

This TV set had burnt: BUL310PI (T665) and changed with BUL310FP, two diodes 1N4007 in bridge (D622 & D624) and changed all four diodes and at last, one end of coil 2x38mH (L601) had "burnt" and soldered again.

Also changed all electrolytic caps in supply and changed as well two resistors 1Ω (R666 & R667).

Now the only voltage i have is ~315V in big cap. I have checked almost all resistors and diodes in supply and nothing changed. I stuck and ask a little help here.

Thank you for your time,
Lefteris, Athens (Greece).
