| I found that the pinout (with respect to the OSC1, OSC2 and /RESET pins) corresponded to a datasheet containing:
MC68HC05B4 MC68HC705B5 MC68HC05B5 MC68HC05B6 MC68HC05B8 MC68HC05B16 MC68HC705B16 MC68HC705B16N MC68HC05B32 MC68HC705B32 The FN suffix denotes 0-70C temperature range. Is there any hardware and software to dump the contents of the above microcontrollers? |
