As Vetch said. There is no sure way of knowing what the model of the SMT diode is because there are so many different manufacturers and it’s such a basic component. However, you can try to guess using the schemetic. |

As far as SMD diodes, it is next to impossible to determine the exact part numbers without the documentation. You could try guestimating based on the circuit(Not always possible).
There has never been any set standards with SMD diodes/transistors. While there are codes used for some SMD transistors, there is no generic standards.
If I had to guess based on what I've seen (similar), you'd probably have something like 1N4148(black band's) & something like a MA165 (yellow band).--all small signal type? |

I am new here but not in electronics.
Pls., i need information how to identify SMT glass diodes if i need to replace them. I work in electronics maintenance.
