NFS300-7630 power supply pin out needed

Hi guys, help needed here.

I have a power supply for HP 748 series workstation
Seems like the power supply pin out is totally different from the
usual ATX type power supply.

There is a 14 pin connector and a 24pin connector
Seems to me that the 24 pin connector is used for +5V, +12V and GND
I attempt to power on the power supply but unsuccessful.
I want to know which color/pin on the connector is to trigger the PWR_ON
It would be best if u guys can find the pin layout of it
