I have a really old Blaupunkt in my equally old VW Beetle..I believe one of the first transistor models. It has FM and AM, but no push buttons for tuning. It has been working OK, but now only crackles...any ideas, please? (I live on an island, and there is NO radio technician anywhere near)...many thanks, Ian |

If it is a Blaupunkt unit from the late sixties, then a common problem is broken solder joints where component legs are soldered on both sides of double-sided PCBs. |
