jvc29ts1en has flybacklines and stobe effect after some time

I have a JVC 29ts1en that works fine for the first 10 or 20 minutes. Then it starts showing fly backlines and/or has strobe like picture effects. Not all the time the flyback lines/strobe effects are present. It seems that is also depends on the type of picture (and perhaps sound?).
Not sure if it has anything to do with the TDA8350Q. Voltages seem to be ok there. Pins measured of TDA8350Q at the time of visible flybacklines/stobe (pin 1 through 13):
2,32 2,28 7,7 16,7 7,6 0 0 42,1 8,1 0,6 18,4 0,6 0

I'm stuck now. I'm using 29sx1en diagram. I don't know how much difference there is with the 29ts1en.

I replaced the tda8350q and it seems te be working ok now.
Just have to wait for how long.
Now I only have to find where I put the screws to fasten back cover.
