can someone tell me which elelctronic devices like TV Radio VCR etc,
contain LM308 because i cannot find it in my country

The LM308 is an industry standard op-amp, although a very early type. There are hundreds of different types of pin compatible op-amps that are made by all major semiconductor manufacturers, in almost all cases where a LM308 was initially specified, it can be replaced by any of the other parts.

However, you should first study the circuit where the op-amp is to be used, determine which parameters that are essential for good working of the circuit, and then compare the datasheets for the original type and replacement type to make sure that the replacement meets or exceeds the circuit's requirements.
