I have Aiwa tv Model Tv-C202SKE it's having horizontal line on center nothing else & i changed the vertical IC LA7830 & 2 caps around it ( 50V-100uf & 50V- 1uf ) but still there's no change only Horizontal line. there's 25v input to the Ver.Ic but no output even when i changed the IC the same thing, so hlep me plz what could be the possible problem.

Pin 6 is VCC = 18 to 26 volts?
Pin 4 is the input of the vertical IC and should NOT be 25v!

am getting 25v on pin 6 (Vcc ) but am also getting 25v on pin 2 (output)

Does the IC have correct "signal"/"waveform" at its input (Pin #4)?

I have some expiriance in other model you may have check the 100pf ceramics in vertical section

the tv is still like that no change soplz can u gime any ideas with that, there's a faint white with blue thin horizontal line on the middle screen nothing else,

If you have access to "Sams Photofacts," their cross reference lists the following as using "LA7830":

4272 / 4241 / 4642 / 4275 / 4337 / 4353 / 4364 / 4374 / 4137

The above schematics may be of help, even though they aren't "Aiwa."
