PHILIPS TV 21PT1962/01 chassis: L01.2E AA Shuts down problem

Hi every one,
I have problem with this TV, When the picture is going white the TV sometimes shuts down then switching on again..The problem becomes more offen when i adjust the contrast level to 100%. From the service mode i have the error : 10.0.0.0.0 . I can't find any service manual for this model.. Maybe could be a H/V transformer issue, Can anybody help me ?

Also during this problem the screen strarts to shrink from the side (left & right from the screen).

Fixed!

there was some cold connections at H/V transformer and near to high voltage area..Be careful! they are not visible with eye..
