my tv have raster but no picture connected to cable/antenna, tried to play dvd player connecting it to video input but still no pic. pls help.. |

Your putting it on active channels for an antenna/cable, and/or connecting to A/V Inputs AND switching the set to "Video."
Is the channel number and "Video" being indicated correctly (not sure if set has OSD or panel display-can't find much info on set at all)? |

yes sir channel indicated correctly ,it has osd and panel display, set to video when using my dvd player . |

What is set's vintage? (year made).
Is "raster" a blank snow-free screen (as opposed to a snowy raster - like set has when tuned to unused channel)? |

i dont remember what year, maybe 1995..raster is clear/normal like i tuned to unused channel. |

sir i have only digital and analog VOM. just give me sir some idea what`s the most probable cause of the problem . |

I assume there is NO AUDIO either. Any Blinking timer light code?
Could be anything from a B-Plus source being missing, the T-Chip (TV processing all in one I.C. - may be CXA series) has a defect, something affecting the communication (I2C) bus between Tuner/micro/EEPROM/T-Chip.
Without a schematic or at least IC numbers ... |
