|
|
There is a SMD component with letters ND and along with it number 46 written vertically. I've searched thoroughly but found nothing.
Can anyone tell what is it and if possible give the link to the datasheet?
Thanks in advance. |

What is the part out of? And to your best knowledge, what is the parts' "function?" |

It's located on LCD TV 4 lamp inverter board. This inverter comes from www.szdatapower.com. Besides it there is also same component with PD letters and they both measure open for all directions. Though they are labeled Q3 and Q4 I think maybe they are not transistors at all.
If you can find me some information of these two.[/img] |

Have you checked the lamps themselves and done comparitive resistance readings on each inverter transformer? |
