Short of having a bad solder connection issue, you need to try to figure out if the shut down is because of going in to protection mode OR perhaps loosing a supply voltage? Start with monitoring the shut down detect pin on main microprocessor IC201 pin 64 and see if there is any change if/when the unit shuts off. Also, if you have a problem with any of the fixed voltage regulators, it can trigger a shut down. Seems like I vaguely remember something about either one of the regulators on the heatsink IC101 or IC102? --too many possibilities without further testing.

Dear Vtech,
The System is going into protect mode. The problem is that voltage is dropping to 2 Volt in D135 after 15 minutes and the system goes in protect mode. if that is removed the system swiches on

so the problem is that When the system is switched on shows an input voltage of 5V but in 15 mins slowly it reduces to 2 Volt and then the AVR goes into protect/standby mode

Be careful not to defeat the protection with speakers hooked up to prevent cooking them. As a matter of fact it is best to unhook your speakers as a precaution. Now that you know it is the protect sense line causing the shut down, need to check and see if it is a genuine fault and the circuit doing it's job or may be there is some sort of a malfunction within the protection circuit.
As you can see there are several modes of monitoring. Various protection control transistors tied to the same protection line, each monitoring a different mode that can pull down the 5V on yellow line, including the end from the red arrow. Key is to monitor and find which line(if any) might be the offending one. Generally, you can monitor the base of each transistor to see if there is any commanding signal.
