service manual for hitachi projectection TV 50UX23K

Please could you help me find a service manual for this TV Hitachi 50UX23K
It seems to have a power supply issue, picture fades in and out, all led's on boards are green but 2 near the HV transformer. they are red is this normal?
Could it be another problem all together?
