I need a 20mm x 5mm 3 amp 250v fuse to replace the one from my PC subwoofer. I went to Radio Schack and they only had a 3.15amp one. I bought it but it didn't work in my subwoofer. I was wondering if anyone knows were I can get one.

THanks

if the 3.15 amp fuse failed it has gone for a reason, fuses dont just go and certainly not twice without another fault, you need to delve deeper.

I'm not sure what you're saying. On the subwoofer it says to use a 3 amp fuse, so I wasn't surprised when the 3.15 amp didn't work. I just need to know where I can get a fuse like the one I mentioned in my first post. 3 amp
250v 5 x 20mm slow blow fuse.

if the 3a fuse went and you replaced it with a 3.15a fuse and that went the fault is not the fuse. the 3.15a is higher rated and will take more current therefore, if it went you have a fault in the unit. fuses are there to act as protection and generally do not fail for no reason. you need to find out what is causing the fuse to go.
