| I have an RCA television that has a picture distortion.The top of the picture seems to be stretched out,but the rest of it is fine.How do I fix it?[/b] |

Hi! You should to check ( the best way to replace) the electrolyt
capabities in the stage of frame . Regards |

| Take it to a tv service shop and they'll repair the problem in the vertical deflecton circuit. |
