Tv powers on, LED light turns green and stays green. There is no change on the panel. It stays black.
I can hook up an external device and get it on the input for that device and the sound works like it should.
I checked the Y and Z Sustain boards, the Z-Sus had a blown fuse. I tried replacing that fuse and nothing changed. I tried replacing that entire board, still no change.
All power on the PSU (vs, va, vscan, vset, etc.) is good.
What should I try next? Y - Sus or Logic Main? Or something else? |

Why don't any of these posts help me?
Just kidding.
It is a plasma, not an lcd...so an inverter won't help.
I did find out that sometimes you can see something on the screen, but its not a picture...its just a couple of vertical streaks that show up then disappear...
Sounds like a bad panel to me? Anyone else? |

Why isn't marriage considered legalized prostitution?. Menards sells peanuts because they can... Y sustain is probably bad. What your seeing is washed out video. Normally the sustain pulse in on the X but some manufactures change it up. Feel the big heat sink on the X, bet it's cold but the Y is hot. Wouldn't happen to be an LG panel would it?
