I believe I have gotten a PHD50500 locked... the standby LED begins flashing red/green as soon as it's powered up (even in standby).
If this IS what that sequence means, what is the remote or RS-232 code I can use to unlock it? |

Thanks, minnie, but do you have an idea of what a red/green blinking LED means? I couldn't locate anything relating to it in the service manual (well, the similar PDP-503 manual at least).
I just replaced the PSU in this unit, and I tried to come out of standby the first time without taping down the trip switch. That made me suspect that it had locked down. |

I'll look it up tomorrow. Sounds like Pioneer and JVC. If you run the set with the back off it trips the digital main. |
