Recently I replaced the IC TDA8179S by STV9379 in a Sony TV with vert. problem.Now I have an oscillation in the latter half of the trace period. Pin 5. As result the IC heat, the picture shows two hor. bars at the bottom.Both IC,s are given as equivalent.Any modification should I do?
Please give-me your opinion. |

| when replacing tda with stv it is recommended a cap is replaced with different value to cure this problem, unfortunately sony made a lot of 34" tvs and it would take me a long time to list all the variatons, what is the model????? |
