i got a sony KV-G21Q2 for repair and found the STR 6707 is damaged and a diode D1NL20 is also damaged. But i cannot able to find those diodes in the market for replacement.Kindly provide me the equivalent for D1NL20 diod.(Equivalent Which is provided in the site is BYV26B and this part is also not available). So kindly provde an equivalent for both or can i use IN4007 diode instead of these diodes.

With Regards,

D1NL20 - Super Fast Recovery Rectifiers(200V 1A)
http://www.datasheetarchive.com/D1NL20-datasheet.html

1N4007 - DIODE STANDARD RECOVERY RECTIFIER 1000V 1A
http://www.diodes.com/datasheets/ds28002.pdf

NO - For one thing, recovery time insufficient.

Rather than looking for just a cross reference diode which is more likely not available in your market, the practical way is to look at the critical specs of the original device and compare it to what is actually available to you.
In this case, any fast recovery diode rated of at least 1 amp, 200V with the reverse recovery time of around 35 Nano seconds will work in your application.
For example, here are a few alternatives from different manufacturer's
