SONY CDX GT200S - maybe memory crash

I have problem with my car audio CD player.

Last day when i run the radio. Radio run but how.

When i click the button Display - changes LCD sign

When i click the button source, radio run,and open FM 98, next CD, next AUX... ok work, i save radio channel to memory and off.

When i off, radio auto on(first cd roll) - why? i dont push on.

Memory has ben deleted, only factory default.

I connect 12V+BATTERY and 12V+INJECT correct, my radio have 4 years, and now i have problem. Buy new or fix this. Please help.
