not turn
I checked the fuses and healthy
has someone ever had the same problem?

Made by Panasonic, used to work on them and one of the better made units.
Is the disc free to rotate after clamping? If so, more than likely you have a worn/bad laser pickup?--that was the number one problem with that generation of players. sometimes it would only play a CD?
It is not something for an average user to change. In order to do the tangential adjustment after pickup change, you need to have proper test disc/experience.

Start with power supply voltages. Is raw B-Plus present? Stand-by source(s)? Switched sources?

the supply voltages are not present.
Which component on the power supply board is
broken?

Which of the following is yours?
U ........ U.S.A. model
G ........ European model
C ........ Canadial model
B ........ United Kingdom model
A ........ Australian model

the model is G ........ European model.
I checked the voltage across pins 1 & 2 of D1011 (bridge rectifier)
it is about 322 volts.
What can I check again?
